Contest Questions -

For questions about the contest rules, guidelines and image specs, judging procedure or contest administration, and information for press and media outlets please contact questions@contestvenue.com.

Technical Support -

If you have problems uploading your images or using the submission forms, please contact support@contestvenue.com.
When contacting support, please be sure to include the following:

Your account user ID
The browser and operating system you are using
As much detail as possible about the problem (system messages, screen behavior, page details, etc.)
Attach a copy of the problem image when applicable
Attach a screen shot of the problem (if you can get one)

Contact e-mails will usually be answered promptly during normal business hours. On the deadline days, e-mail is monitored until the final cutoff time. We will respond as promptly as possible, but due to heavy demand, delays can be expected.
