Problems logging in?
  • Can't remember password - If you know your user ID or e-mail address, you can reset your password.
  • Can't remember Login ID - You can also login with the e-mail address you used for the account, but you still have to know your password.
  • Can't remember anything (it happens) - Contact support@contestvenue.com and give us as much detail as you can about your account. We'll try to get you reset to start over.
  • I remember OK, but it still doesn't work - Keep in mind that all values are case-sensitive. Don't start sticking capital letters in where they weren't before (or vice-versa). Also, if you try logging in with your e-mail address, make sure it is the one you created the account with. Sometimes people have more than one e-mail address or have changed e-mail addresses since their last login.
  • Other login problems - Contact support@contestvenue.com, give us as much detail about the problem as you can - including your operating system and browser version. We always appreciate a screen shot if you can send one.
